As process consultant I am focused on the implementation of IBM BPM Lite (business process management tool) across Westpac using littles law and lean methodologies.Implementation of the workflow tool is on a 8-12 week turnaround time, with agile based development involving multiple show cases throughout the project. Within this time I assist the business with: stakeholder analysis, communications plan, change management plan, process discovery, process documentation, user stories, build of business rules and data requirements, communication with IT to build requirements, showcase sessions, training and change management. This is all done with stakeholder engagement at a high quality and followed with a post implementation review.
Alongside this I also manage the bank wide process governance, this responsibility is to govern and maintain the banks process repository, process library and process tool of choice. This involves quality assurance checks on all published / finalised processes ensuring they meet the governance standard and are linked to appropriate value chains and functions. Actively collaborate with Business Architecture and Business Analysts to ensure the framework and tools align, with minimal duplication of effort to achieve strategic architecture goals and minimize operational risk.
I manage the knowledge management team responsible for delivering content and training documentation to the frontline. I own and drive the strategic plan for this team and the knowledge management tool.
Also assist my team (voluntary) with, event management, health and safety and accounts payable.
